  My husband purchased a product from NewGenOutlet and paid for it through Amazon. NewGenOutlet has not delivered the product. It is over a week late, It is 4 days since NewGenOutlet sent an email saying they had no product waiting to be picked up and they would look into it and get back to us. There is a shipping link for USPS. There is nothing showing that it was ever picked up by them. They can keep our money or their product but both is not an option. The social media blitz is on. This information will be shared any and every place it can be posted.

  I purchased the Pro-Media 2.1 speaker set months ago. I did not get a wireless transmitter. So, I called the customer service number numerous times. Every time I obtained a request to leave a message. Although I have provided messages each time I called, I have never received a response back. I wonder if the business is a sham.
